At INSIVIA, we are proud to have been a long-standing partner in Cleveland’s marketing landscape, particularly in supporting the region’s thriving technology sector. As panelists, partners, and advocates for growth, we’ve had the privilege of contributing to the dynamic development of Cleveland’s tech community.

One of our most valued collaborations is with the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) and their student talent initiative, now known as the Early Career Exploration (ECE) program. The cornerstone of ECE is a Talent Portal, which serves as a central resource for educators, professionals, and students, offering direct access to GCP programming and on-demand resources. Recently, GCP’s Talent Portal was honored with the prestigious “Innovation Award” for STEM and students by the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). This recognition highlights the system’s impact, having engaged over 4,500 students from schools across the region, particularly in Cleveland, Ohio.

From Courtney DeOreo, Managing Director, Tech Economy Initiatives at Greater Cleveland Partnership via LinkedIn this week:

“I am delighted to report that the Greater Cleveland Partnership‘s portfolio of IT career exploration programs, received the distinguished Technology Councils of North America (TECNA) Innovation Award in the category of Talent Pipeline & Workforce: STEM & Students! As everyone knows who engaged with the RITE initiative since 2013 when we launched the first ever Passport to IT Careers, these programs were built by regional employers in collaboration with regional higher education and many RITE/GCP team members, partners, and ProCorps volunteers over the years. Just last year – in the tenth anniversary year – these programs engaged 4,751 students from 90 schools across Northeast Ohio. Currently led by the very able Tom Miller, both Tom and I wish to extend our congratulations far and wide to all who had a hand in the success of these programs!”

Tom Miller, Director, Early Career Exploration shared with INSIVIA’s team this week:

“We share this award with you all at Insivia, you played a large part in helping us reshape our programming.  Cheers!”
