The Vision Gap. It's an epiphany I had after years of working with clients on their strategies as well as constantly working on my business.
It seemed a common issue that every organization I met faced, but one that was solvable and could have massive impact.

Communication is the linchpin of leadership. However, there exists a perennial challenge—bridging the gap between perception and reality. Every leader expects their team to see, understand, and work towards the vision with the same clarity they possess. Yet, this expectation can sometimes lead to disillusionment.
